PRIVACY POLICY

 hH cares about data privacy and security. “Data” includes all Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and other non-public information. Data includes, but is not limited to, student data, meta data, and user content. hH will only collect Data needed to fulfill hH’s duties to the User and such Data will only be used in connection with hH’s fulfillment of duties to the User or to help improve how hH provides services.  hH will not conduct any Data mining except when such mining will help protect the hH systems (e.g. scanning for malware). hH will never do any Data mining for the purpose of marketing or advertising. hH will only share Data with subcontractors or agents who are explicitly necessary to help hH deliver hH services to the User. All subcontractors and successor entities will be subject to these Terms of Service. hH will ensure that all Data in its possession and in the possession of any subcontractors or agents is destroyed when the Data is no longer needed or if the User directs hH to destroy the Data via written request. In compliance with the Student Privacy Act, unless hH receives written consent from a student’s parents or legal guardians to retain such information, hH will comply with any User request for such Data to be destroyed no later than sixty (60) days after such request has been received. Before destroying Data, hH will transfer usable data to the User if so requested. In any event, any Data in the possession of hH or any subcontractor or agent will be made available to the User upon request by the User.
