The “SlotSync” Android app is a Free app that provides "Automation Services" to help you sync your slots captured across your various booking management software ("Various Software") to relieve you of any manual effort in updating our inventory, that otherwise may be time consuming and may not be instant, thereby leading to a poor customer experience at your facility.

​This SERVICE is provided by SlotSync at no cost and is intended for use as is. We are committed to operating all our services with the highest ethical standards and appropriate internal controls. Your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is paramount. By using such Automation Services, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). If you are not comfortable with any of the terms or policies described in this Privacy Policy, you may choose to opt-out of the Automation Services by deleting the “Slot Sync” Android App.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Information Collection and Use

Slot Sync employs automated processes for synchronizing your inventory across Various Software; wherein a browser or algorithm shall access password-protected software for carrying out the automation for you. Since the Automation Services entail updating your inventory across Various Software, as part of activating your Automation Services, you may be required to submit the "Login Credentials" of Various Software. 

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Login Credentials. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way. To protect your privacy, these Login Credentials are stored locally on your Android device and are not stored on any of our servers. Slotsync or any of its affiliates or employees do not gain access to your Login Credentials. Our automation processes shall reproduce your credentials for the purpose of synchronizing the inventory as mentioned above and we do not open, read or access any other information relating to your customers' contact details.

By submitting the Login Credentials of your Various Software, you authorize access to Slot Sync of your Various Software. It is hereby understood that are fully authorized to do so and that you are the owner of your the respective accounts on Various Software.

Furthermore, the app may require permission access to your SMS inbox. This is required to identify and parse messages relating to booking confirmations provided by Various Software. These SMSs are used by Slot Sync App to block slots that are booked by Various Software. To protect your privacy, the app transmits only such SMSs that contain keywords pertaining to such booking confirmations. Any other SMSs that do not pass such keyword filters are never transmitted to any of our servers.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We would like to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
