MIZIX SAS built the Serenity Car app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by MIZIX SAS and is intended for use as is.

Device permissions to access Personal Data
Depending on the User’s particular device, this Application may require certain permissions to allow access to the User’s device Data as described below.
By default, these authorisations must be granted by the User before the respective information is accessible. Once the authorization has been given, it may be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these authorizations, Users may consult the settings of the device or contact the Owner at the coordinates provided in this document.

- Motion Sensors Authorization
Used to access the motion detectors of the User’s device in order to measure the User’s activity such as step counters, stairs and the type of movement (walk, drive a car etc.).
- SMS Authorization
Used to access features related to the User’s email, for sending SMS.
- Phone Authorization
Used to access a multitude of typical features related to telephony. This allows, for example, read-only access to the “state of the phone”, which means it allows access to the device’s phone number, current mobile network news, or the status of incoming calls.
- Manage Call Authorization
Used to access incoming calls. This allows to dismiss incoming calls.
- Access External Storage
Used to access your ringtone. This allows Serenity Car to make your phone ring when you receive calls.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
