1. (Manage Login IDs and Passwords)

At your own risk, you are responsible for the proper management of the User ID and Password for this Service.
In no event shall you assign or rent a user ID or password registered with this Service to a third party.If the user ID and password combination match your enrollment information and you are logged in, you will consider the user ID to be used by the registered user.
Any damage caused by the use of a user ID and password by a third party is not liable to this administrator.
1. (Prohibition)

You may not:

•Acts violating laws and regulations or public order
•Acts related to criminal acts
•Acts that infringe on copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights included in this service, including the contents of this service.
• Acts of destroying or interfering with the functions of the administrator, other users, or third parties' servers or networks
•The act of commercializing the information obtained by this service
•Acts that may disrupt the management of the service

1. (Suspension of Services, etc.)

You may, without notice, restrict the use of all or part of this Service or cancel your registration as a user if:
•If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.

•Other cases where the Manager determines that the use of this service is inappropriate
This administrator is not responsible for any damage caused to the user by his or her actions under this section.

1. (Return from membership)

You may withdraw from this Service through the procedures specified by our Manager.

1. (Denial of Warranty and Disclaimer)

This Manager does not express any material or legal defects in this Service, including defects, errors, bugs, or infringements related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for any particular purpose, security, etc.
This administrator is not responsible for any damage to the user arising from this Service.However, this disclaimer does not apply if any agreement between the administrator and the user in connection with this Service (including this Agreement) is a consumer agreement under the Consumer Contract Act.
Even in the case provided for in the proviso to the preceding paragraph, this Manager shall not be responsible for any damages arising from any special circumstances arising from the failure to perform obligations or illegal acts of this Manager (excluding gross negligence).
This Manager is not responsible for any transaction, contact or conflict between you and another user or third party with respect to this Service.This administrator is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user in connection with this Service.Even if the operator is liable for damages to the user due to the application of the Consumer Contract Act or other reasons, the maximum liability for damages is 1,000 yen.
1. (Change of service contents, etc.)

You may change the content of this Service or discontinue the Service without notice to the User, and you are not responsible for any damage to the User.

1. (Change of Terms of Use)

If we determine that it is necessary, we may change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you.If you start to use this service after you change the terms of this Service, you agree to the terms of change.

1. (Handling of Personal Information)

Our manager will deal with personal information obtained through the use of this service in a proper manner in accordance with our privacy policy.

You may link to a third-party website or resource from the advertising, etc., or you may provide links to this application from third-party websites or resources.
In this case, we are not responsible for the use and consequences of any third party websites or resources.
1. (Notice or Contact)

1. (Transfer of Rights and Obligations, etc.)

You may not assign, or provide security to third parties, any status or rights or obligations under this Agreement without your prior written consent.In the case of assigning the Services to another company, this Manager may assign the Status of Use, Rights and Obligations under this Agreement, as well as user registration information and other customer information to the Assignee of the Assignment in advance.The business transfer specified in this paragraph shall include not only ordinary business transfer but also all business transfer.

1. Ownership of Rights

All ownership and intellectual property rights relating to this application and this Service are vested in the operator or in the person who is licensed to this operator, and the license to use this Service is not expressly provided for in this Agreement.You are not responsible for any act that could infringe upon the intellectual property rights of you or of those who have licensed you for any reason, including, but not limited to, reverse assembly, decompiling, or reverse engineering.
In this application or service, the intellectual property rights of any text, image, video or other data posted or transmitted by the user (hereinafter referred to as "posted information") shall belong to the user.However, this Manager may freely use the posted information at no charge, including copying, copying, altering, relicensing to third parties or any other use.
1. Burden of facilities, etc.

The preparation and maintenance of smartphones and other equipment, telecommunications lines and other communications environments required to receive this Service shall be at the expense and responsibility of the Customer.
Depending on the environment in which this Service is used, users will take security measures at their own expense and responsibilities, such as preventing computer viruses from being infected, unauthorized access and information leakage.
Even if you have saved the messages and other information that you sent or received for a certain period of time, you are not obligated to save such information, and you may delete such information at any time.In addition, we are not responsible for any damage caused to you by deleting such information.
If you start using this service or install an application, etc. on your smartphone, you will be careful not to lose or alter the information you have, damage the equipment, etc., and you will not be responsible for any damage to you.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.

1. (Language)

If there is a conflict between the Japanese version of the Terms and Conditions and the translated version, the Japanese version of the Terms shall take precedence.
