1. Create an account on app : Greetings collects your name and email address and may collect other personal information, such as a telephone number when you register, update, or add information to your account. We require you to create a user name and password for your account.  We do not store any payment information (such as credit or debit card details) . This application uses instamojo payment gateway for payment processing. Please refer to their privacy policy regarding how they process or use your payment information. Instamojo Privacy Policy     . We use this information to maintain your account and communicate with you about the account, such as by verifying your email address or account information or requesting you to respond to a survey to improve the user experience on our app. We will use your email address to send you promotional email communications from Greetings (and not from any third party) if you have opted in to receive them; to stop receiving them, click on the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of the promotional email.
2. Make a purchase through the app: Greetings collects the information that you provide when requesting a GREETINGS  video, including your name and email address, any mobile phone contact number (of you or the recipient) you choose to provide, the name of the recipient, and the details that you provide as part of your request. Greetings processes payment information you provide when you pay for a purchase.  When ordering a GREETINGS video, your video is public if you ordered it for someone else  If you have ordered GREETINGS video for yourself , then its not public . We use this information to fulfill your request, accept , deliver email messages, and process information you provide through our app. We process information of designated recipients that you provide to us to the extent necessary to provide the GREETINGS  video, either as part of the content or for the transaction itself (for example, we share the recipient’s name and the details of the request with the Greetings talent). If you provide a mobile telephone number.
3. Provide Content to the app. Greetings app  permit you to submit content to us, such as a video, review, photo, email, text,or other communication (each, a “Submission”) and our app permits Talent to submit content and data (“Talent Content”). Any Submission, whether submitted to our app directly  and any Talent Content, is stored on our servers . Greetings have full right to use those information .
4. Use the app as a Talent User. When you use our app to become or as a “Talent User,” we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the social media user names you provide, GREETINGS videos prepared by you, and other information relating to our relationship with you, such as payment records. We use this information to offer GREETINGS videos to our users, connect you with them, assist with the payment transaction, and manage our relationship with you. Greetings  payments to you are made through the payment provider selected by Greetings which is mentioned above, which is a Third Party Property. You should review the payment provider’s privacy policy before providing your personal information, as it is responsible for personal information  and its privacy practices may vary from ours.

1. Through our app , you have the opportunity to purchase or personalized video shout-outs (“GREETINGS  Videos”) from athletes, actors, performers, and influencers (each a “Talent User”). You may submit a request for a GREETINGS  Video to a Talent User through our app personalized for you or a third party that that you identify as a recipient (“Recipient”). In submitting a request, request, you agree not to use a false identity or provide false provide false information. You agree not to use our app if you have previously been removed or banned from our app.
2. You acknowledge and agree that the Talent User has sole discretion to determine how to fulfill your request and over the content of the GREETINGS   Video created (and may not follow your request exactly). The Talent User has up to seven days (at our sole discretion) to fulfill or decline your request.  You may not return or exchange a GREETINGS  Video and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to reject any request in our sole discretion.
3. Subject to your payment in full for each GREETINGS  Video you request, the Talent User hereby grants to you certain rights to use the GREETINGS  Video solely for your own personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes, subject to these Terms: a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, sublicensable, revocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display that GREETINGS  Video, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter invented (for example, on social media platforms). GREETINGS  Videos are licensed and are not sold. You may not sell, re-sell, or encumber your rights in any GREETINGS  Video. You may sublicense your rights in a GREETINGS  Video only to the extent necessary for you to use the GREETINGS  Video as permitted and described above (for example, sharing it with friends on a social media platform, sending it to a Recipient for personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes subject to these Terms). We may terminate all or part of the foregoing licenses at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to remove a GREETINGS  Video from our app at any time for any reason without any notice to you.
4. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to any GREETINGS  Video requested by you or any Submission (defined below) you make, and that you will not make any request or Submission that infringes on the privacy or other rights of a third party. You further agree not to edit, change, modify, or create any derivative work of a GREETINGS  Video or assist or encourage any third party to do so. If you breach any provisions of these Terms, your license to use the GREETINGS  Video granted  terminates and you must promptly remove all copies of the GREETINGS  Video in your possession or control, including on any social media platform, notify any Recipient of the termination and need to remove all copies, and take any other action we reasonably request to assist in locating and removing the GREETINGS  Video, including identifying each Recipient.
5. You may create an account on our app. In creating an account, you agree not to use a false identity or provide false information. You agree not to create an account if you have previously been removed or banned from our app. If we reasonably believe that you have done so, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and your use of any part of our app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app account information, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur on or in connection with your app account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your app account. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities related to any unauthorized access to or use of your app account.
